The Cullowhee Community Garden is a Donation Based garden that grows fresh produce without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. No money is required to adopt plots. Instead, Gardeners trade their excitement, sweat, labor, knowledge and time for garden space. Half of the produce grown in each plot is then donated to help feed people in need in Jackson County. This garden is a project of the Jackson County Department of Public Health
